The Product Marketing team is responsible for leading the strategic positioning of our products and services to drive market adoption. The team is composed of highly motivated, collaborative and creative individuals.

Your mission

Equativ is looking for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager to focus on our suite of data, identity and measurement solutions across our demand and supply-side platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your expertise to a rapidly growing company, in the context of 3rd-party cookie deprecation. In this role, you will lead successful go-to-market strategy to bring new features, products and partnership to market, while working cross-functionally with stakeholders across Strategy, Product, and Sales. You will gather market intelligence, distill insights and trends to develop messaging and positioning, and enable the Sales team through training and marketing collateral. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of how data powers the ad tech ecosystem across channels (including CTV): audience targeting, identity resolution, and measurement.

What you'll do

  • Develop and execute the go-to-market strategies for our suite of data, identity, and measurement solutions for advertisers and publishers, while driving alignment with key stakeholders across the organization Build supporting timelines, communications (internal + external) plans, training strategies, external campaigns, and KPIs.
  • Conduct market, competitive and customer analysis to develop a deep understanding of our target audiences and influence product development and partnerships
  • Develop differentiated messaging & positioning that clearly articulates the value of our offerings
  • Transform value propositions into compelling sales enablement materials including pitch decks, one-slides, FAQs, and more 
  • Orchestrate Sales-focused trainings and drive strong cross-team participation across Product, Sales, and Global Solutions
  • Conduct quarterly business analyses, identify risks and opportunities, share recommendations
  • Be the product marketing expert and collaborate and contribute to the development of thought leadership and marketing initiatives with Brand Marketing: press releases, bylines, blog posts, and webinars 
  • Be a leader on the Product Marketing team, stay abreast of and share key learnings and insights and improve and develop processes

About you

  • 5-7+ years in product marketing and ad-tech experience with expertise in data, identity, and measurement across channels including CTV 
  • Strong understanding of the digital advertising industry, ad tech, and emerging trends and technologies
  • Proven track record in leading go-to-market strategies for ad tech platforms.
  • Creative thinking around innovative messaging and presentation strategies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to be able to simplify complex solutions with strong ability to lead through influence, debate, data and storytelling
  • Ability to analyze data and to convert into actionable insights
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment
  • Ability to roll up your sleeves to create/drive visual tools to sell/explain products and solutions
  • Strong project management tools and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Bilingual in French is plus


The annual base salary range for this position is $135,000 - $180,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Equativ considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and business considerations when extending an offer.

How do you collaborate with other teams in the company?

Working on the AdOps team requires my team and I to collaborate with several teams. Aside from our collaboration with sales, we are consistently brainstorming ideas to bring to the product team to improve overall efficiency and enhance our existing platforms.
