Tax Intern: Spring 2018
VICE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM OVERVIEW
VICE interns will get a firsthand look into how an international media company functions on a day-to-day basis. At VICE, interns have the opportunity to learn about journalism, editing, design, public relations, production, and more.
VICE’s Human Resources Department oversees the training and learning experience of each intern by providing interns with seminars on career development, and helping them achieve goals throughout the session. VICE is dedicated to its internship program and often times the best and the brightest are selected to join the VICE family.
TAX INTERN
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Tax Intern will have a wonderful and rare opportunity to learn about domestic and international tax matters, including tax planning, M&A, compliance and provision preparation, and all the different types of taxes that a multinational company must identify and comply with. The intern’s daily tasks will include assistance with tax return preparation, calculation of estimated tax amounts, correspond with taxing authorities, research and identification of tax incentives applicable to the film and television industry, and other critical tax department functions. We will also be looking for help on various special projects. This is a unique time to practice and learn more about tax.
