Arcade is an ultra simple text based (SMS) commerce platform that is fast, fun, and flexible. Instead of human operators, Arcade lets you transact by texting simple keywords like YES, SUSHI, GIFT etc. We lead with lunch of the day (10am everyday) but branch out into special offers, games, contests, votes, sweepstakes and GIFS to “gamify” the experience each day. Unlike other messaging apps, Arcade only focuses B2C messaging (not peer to peer messaging). We produce extremely lightweight content and engagement experiences that we append to our daily texts. The combination of push and pull interaction results in incredible engagement on a daily basis.
