Nagare is developing high performance membranes for seawater and agricultural desalination. Their goal is to offer enabling technology to make desalination robust, reliable, efficient, and inexpensive. They believe desalination is at the edge of a cost tipping point, beyond which it will be the low cost source of new fresh water.
