Description 

The LearnVest Marketing Team is seeking an exceptional Administrative Assistant to manage and coordinate the business affairs of the Marketing department. You will be responsible for supporting our CMO, Vice Presidents, and Directors within our Marketing department. We need a trustworthy, detail-oriented person, who is constantly seeking to improve the workflow of the team and make the working experience for the department as effective & efficient as possible.

We are looking for an energetic individual who is ready for a challenge and is inspired by our company’s mission. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication skills. You will utilize your administrative, and organizational skills, to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. The Marketing Administrative Assistant will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day scheduling of internal and external meetings for the CMO & leaders with the Marketing department (including team meetings and ad hoc 1:1s) 
  • Coordinate all travel and external meetings for the Marketing Team
  • Prepare necessary materials for all meetings (including relevant bios for attendees)
  • Prepare deck, meeting materials, and work on projects for the Marketing Team as needed
  • Partner with other Executive Assistants and/or the Office Manager when necessary
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to schedule interviews for the team

Skills/Requirements

  • Minimum of three years Administrative or Executive Assistant experience supporting a department/executive.
  • Experience supporting multiple people simultaneously (preferably within Marketing or Technology environments)
  • Extremely tech-savvy and able to work with a variety of internal systems
  • Experience working with Google Calendar, Gmail, and other non-Microsoft business technologies
  • Stellar communication skills and desire to interact with internal and external partners
  • Extreme attention to detail and strong time management (knowing what and how to prioritize)
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and thrive in high pressure situations
  • Must be a team player, be able to work independently, and be flexible with on call/weekend support
