About the Role 

iCapital is looking to hire a Business Management Support Analyst or Associate to join the Technology Program Management team. This role will partner with multiple teams across the company to manage a variety of projects, programs, and processes. The ideal candidate should be excited about building an inclusive global community, enjoys engaging employees of all levels through cross-functional initiatives, and has strong experience implementing technology focused programs with successful adoption. 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Develop, manage, and coordinate interactive and constructive employee engagement programs for the Technology organization; Analyst/Associate Technology rotation program, Innovation Challenge, Social Events, Lunch and Learns. 
  • Act as the central point of coordination between Technology Leads, Business Managers, Human Resources, and Marketing. 
  • Track and maintain participation records for various programs like team assignments, manager information, performance, etc.   
  • Partner with teams across the company to manage implemented programs; draft communications, announcements, management assignments, etc., for these programs. 
  • Identify and improve operational processes in partnership with Technology Leads (learning programs, communications, headcount, and recruitment reporting). 
  • Manage content and announcements on the internal technology site. 
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative responsibilities. 

 

Qualifications 

  • 3-5 years of work experience with a technology company 
  • Interest in working and learning in a collaborative, creative, and fast-paced environment 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills - able to effectively communicate at all levels with attention to detail 
  • Experience handling multiple projects with different deadlines, and adept at multitasking and prioritizing 
  • Passionate person and culture advocate with a positive presence, ready to provide discreet advice on challenging issues 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint) 
  • Knowledge of Monday.com is a plus 
  • Conversant with document creation applications (Adobe) 

 

Benefits 

The base salary range for this role is $75000 to $110000 depending on level. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
