The role of the Convenience Business Process Manager is to lead the convenience retail business systems and sales processes. The responsibilities will be focused on being the systems lead, navigating basic trouble shooting while also identifying business needs and process enhancements and deploying solutions to address. This role will operationalize the retail system by maintaining hierarchies, selling tools, and critical data inputs. The role will also lead the analysis around salesforce reporting and routing optimization.
How you will contribute
You will:
Systems Process Leader

  • Business Product Owner and main system contact between development and retail teams
  • Navigate basic troubleshooting and solution issues impacting orders, tablets, and software. Work with systems team to identify root cause analysis and future development needs
  • Assist sales team with systems / tablet errors and issues. Drive systems capability of the sales team
  • Identify critical business/sales systems enhancements and process changes
  • Maintain system item/category hierarchies, sales sheets, and critical data inputs
  • Owner of CBT promo plan systems entry and gatekeeper for key alerts and questioning


Salesforce Reporting

  • Build and maintain salesforce systems reporting and key dashboards
  • Monitor and improve store coverage plans and market analysis
  • Analyse routing metrics and provide recommendations for improved efficiencies
  • Measure and Track Operating KPIs


Training / Capabilities

  • Lead technical/systems onboarding process for front line sales
  • Work in field with Sales representatives to monitor system functionality and call effectiveness

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree Required
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) Retail System experience
  • Experience with retail systems and process (Salesforce)
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills
  • Strong computer & systems skills
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office Skills
  • Excellent people and communication skills; ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and build capability and accountability of others
