Job descriptionThe Director of Demand Generation will be responsible for the day-to- day performance of web marketing channels and site conversion in the US for Justworks. This position will be directly responsible for driving traffic, conversion and strategy with a clear target of building a world-class digital lead generation funnel, driving SMB leads. This is an exciting opportunity to drive the future of digital marketing and be a key member in growing this business.
Responsibilities include:- Design and implement the strategy for digital inbound marketing and overall demand generation
- Drive revenue goals of the website through the use of analytics, testing, and strategy
- Traffic generation to the webpage including SEO, SEM, social media, external linking, direct mail, etc.
- Drive online innovation through continual optimization and research
- Identify and evaluate potential next generation opportunities
- Communicate website and acquisition performance to key stakeholders
- Manage monthly/weekly/daily forecasting and reporting at channel level for traffic, revenue, spend, ROI and other performance KPIs
- Facilitate communication and strategic alignment across all marketing disciplines
- Assist in the project definition, strategy creation, and accountability of key marketing projects
- Experience leading demand generation for SMB business
- Experience with Salesforce tools, as well as Hubspot, Marketo or similar
- Experience building attribution models

- Manage and lead the performance marketing team, including one manager

- Participate in the Management team to assess and prioritize projects
- 5-8+ years of experience in digital strategy, analytics, or conversion optimization
- Experience in marketing B2B SaaS products, in particular SMB-focused products
- Experience with online marketing platforms, including Google Analytics, Hubspot, Salesforce, Optimizely, etc...
- Proven analytical skills, with the ability to summarize and present findings clearly and concisely, SQL a must
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas and influence executive leadership
- Experience in related Online Marketing disciplines, such as SEM and SEO.
- Team player, able to work with global cross-functional teams.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Creative and curious thinker able to identify emerging business and cultural trends relevant to Justworks’ target audiences and able to integrate foresight into marketing planning.
