Global SEO Manager/Director
As the Global SEO Manager/ Director, you will lead our organization's SEO initiatives, focusing on scaling our website's visibility and search performance across diverse international markets. This role requires a strategic leader who can craft and implement comprehensive SEO strategies, optimize website infrastructure, and integrate SEO with overall business goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a global SEO strategy that aligns with the company’s objectives and boosts our website's visibility and user engagement.
- Conduct high-level SEO audits and continuous analysis to identify strategic opportunities and optimize website performance.
- Collaborate with IT and web development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website architecture and new page designs.
- Guide keyword research and SEO tactics that cater to market trends and customer behaviour across different regions.
- Oversee the monitoring, tracking, and reporting on SEO progress with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships with SEO agencies and technology vendors to ensure service excellence and alignment with our SEO goals.
- Educate and train internal teams on SEO strategies and best practices to ensure SEO knowledge is embedded within the company culture.
- Stay abreast of the latest SEO trends and changes in algorithms, applying insights to maintain competitive advantage.
Your Profile
- 8-10 years of SEO experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful large-scale SEO strategies, including in the US.
- Deep understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, and user experience optimizations with a clear track record of driving growth.
- Excellent analytical skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey complex SEO strategies to stakeholders at all levels.
