The Job

As a Growth Marketing Intern with Own you will be an integral part of our marketing team, gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing and contributing to the overall success of our campaigns and events. You will work cross functionally to support marketing initiatives. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for learning and growth in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Your Day-to-Day Role

  • Work closely with the marketing team to manage projects and assets for events and marketing campaigns
  • Communicate campaign and event deliverables, objectives and timelines to the Marketing team while providing details on the overall objective of each event to assist in strategy development. 
  • Maintain inventory and tracking of event marketing materials.
  • Create and ship events and customer related swag kits. Assist in planning and supporting company attendance at tradeshows and conferences, providing research and logistical support.
  • Support in organizing and facilitating company-hosted events, including seminars, webinars, thought-leadership events, client events, and product road-shows.
  • Provide coordination support for the Marketing Events Calendar, working closely with relevant stakeholders within the company.
  • Manage distribution of new leads from events to the appropriate sales teams. Ensure leads are uploaded and shared correctly.
  • Assist in tracking and monitoring deliverables to ensure event deadlines are met across all departments.
  • Manage the social media calendar and work with the Social Media team on timely updates for event promotions

Your Work Experience 

  • Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and analytics tools
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.

Important Details

This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will work out of our Englewood Cliffs, NJ office a minimum of 3 days per week to maximize collaboration and interaction with the business. Travel may be required.
