WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
As a leader on the Agency Partnership team for Ampersand, you will provide the management, analytical and business direction required to drive the advertiser, acquisition and overall business growth of the agency. You'll collaborate closely with agency leadership, identify growth and business development opportunities, advocate new Ampersand products and data enablement throughout the agency and develop and manage relationships with agency influencers and decision-makers in order to drive scalable product adoption and business growth across the broader portfolio of agency-managed accounts. Our team is looking for enthusiastic, curious, builders to come help us drive business outcomes for our key clients.
HOW YOU'LL BE CONTRIBUTING:

  • Collaborate and consult with agencies with the goal of extending relationships, increasing our customer and agency base and optimizing their advertising investment.
  • Deliver consistently against strategic goals on new and existing business, while prioritizing and delivering an excellent business experience with Ampersand.
  • Build compelling, data-driven long term agency plans leveraging market insights and research.
  • Synchronize agency plans with our agency pod and internal cross-functional teams to further develop our agencies.
  • Be an ongoing trusted thought partner to specific account teams, including Media Planners and investment leads on strategic initiatives and agency-level planning.
  • Analyze data trends and customer performance, develop solid strategic business plans and prepare agency GTM


WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in digital or TV media sales, data and research sales
  • Relationships or working knowledge of TV and/or digital media and data measurement industry.
  • Track record for successfully negotiating complex deal structures.
  • Ability to travel around 25% of the time.
  • Demonstrated experience managing internal and external clients/partners.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Enthusiasm and the ability to thrive in an atmosphere of constant change

Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Ampersand salary range for this position in the New York City Metro Area. Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including, but not limited to, experience and performance
The range listed is just one component of Ampersand's total rewards package for employees. Other rewards may include discretionary annual bonuses and / or overtime, commission, etc., as well as competitive benefits including PTO, medical & dental & vision benefits, 401K with employer match, short & long-term disability, basic life insurance, tuition reimbursement, pre-tax commuter benefits & flexible spending accounts.
Salary Range Transparency
This role has a New York City Metro Area base salary range of $200,000-$280,000 plus commission.
