DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Modernize the Mainframe infrastructure through process redefinition. Provide 24x7 Callout support on a rota for all Mainframe Security issues and support. Code COBOL & REXX programs to automate the Mainframe Security manual processes. Develop a new application to query Mainframe Security rules in a DB2 database. Create and renew X.509 Digital Certificates on the mainframe. Configure the Broadcom ACF2 and IBM RACF Products. Partner and meet with Software Vendors such Broadcom for ACF2 and IBM for RACF to develop product roadmaps. Work in a Global Team and provide coaching to senior and junior colleagues in the US, United Kingdom and India in person and on remote calls.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field of study plus 3 (Three) years of experience in the job offered or as Infrastructure Engineer, Information Security Analyst, Application Mainframe Developer, Technical Analyst, or related occupation.
Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: Coding in COBOL on Mainframe; Running a job on the mainframe; Debugging job failures on the mainframe; Mainframe Databases including DB2; Z/OS Operating System; IBM RACF Security; and Broadcom ACF2.
Job Location: 575 Washington Blvd, Jersey City, NJ 07310. This position requires up to 10% domestic and international travel. Telecommuting permitted up to 20% of the week.
Full-Time. Salary: $152,000.00-$185,000.00 per year.
