Cadre is looking for a talented, analytical, and highly motivated investment professional who will be responsible for underwriting and executing real estate transactions across geographies, product types and capital structure. The Investment Analyst must be a team-oriented, entrepreneurial self-starter who is forward thinking and excited to grow with an industry changing business. The investment professional will have the opportunity to collaborate across the firm to help shape business, investment and product strategy.

What You'll Do

• Underwrite, diligence and execute real estate investment opportunities across the U.S.
• Support all stages of the investment life cycle, including sourcing, structuring, negotiating, closing, managing, and selling real estate investments
• Work closely with product and engineering teams on product integration and future functionality

What You Have

• Minimum of one year of relevant institutional financial experience (real estate experience preferred but not necessary)
• Highly analytical, entrepreneurial and self-motivated
• Ability to work both within a team and independently with minimal guidance
• Organized; extremely close attention to detail
• Progressive; respects and fully understands the potential of the role of technology in real estate
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Mastery of Excel
