Market & Customer Research Analyst (Part-time / Remote)

About the Role

Dozen Research is seeking a Market and Customer Research Analyst to work directly with the founder to manage and run the research process for an expansive roster of exciting early-stage, venture-funded clients. Clients at Dozen Research include companies across many verticals including Web3, B2B SaaS, healthtech, edtech, fintech, and more.

Responsibilities include:

• Join key client meetings to kick-off, get feedback, and present research
• Develop and set up research surveys and interview scripts
• Recruit and run interviews and surveys
• Formulate and organize research documentation
• Analyze data and synthesize findings into takeaways
• Document learnings so insights can be referenced and applied for future client projects
• Iterate and refine the current 6-week research process

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about user research, excited to learn and translate behaviors and market trends into actionable insights, and highly organized and self-motivated.

Qualifications and Experience

• Familiar and/or experienced with primary research methods
• 2+ years of research experience
• Analyze and synthesize research and report it in a concise and actionable way
• Develop processes to organize work across multiple people and teams
• Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Versed in remote and in-person research methodologies
• Communicate and utilize storytelling effectively
• Eager to learn and operate with attention to detail
• Thrive on managing multiple priorities and executing projects
• Open to learning new methodologies and tools
• Demonstrate initiative by acting as a self starter; operate autonomously and also accepts support and guidance that is offered while proactively seeking it when needed

Requirements

• Fully remote, contract role with availability within EST working hours
• Flexible schedule with availability to join client calls and internal calls with founder
• $75/hour with a minimum of 30 hours per month
• Use your own laptop but software and tools will be provided
