The Role:

As a Night Operations Supervisor at Intersection, you are responsible for planning and scheduling the daily work-load of hourly maintenance staff, ensuring that all work assignments and demands are being met. You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and they must possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record. You should be comfortable working in the elements year-round and have the ability to work nights and some weekends.

What you will accomplish:

• Manage, lead, and motivate a staff of union/non-union employees
• Plan and assign daily work-load, ensuring that all work is completed in a timely manner
• Ensure that work-orders are completed on a daily basis and all records are kept up to date
• Monitor and assess employees job performance in the field
• Promote safety and ensure that all PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is being utilized
• Must be able to work nights and weekends

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and willing to work in any environment
• Organized, resourceful, creative problem solver
• The ability to deliver large scale assignments timely and accurately
• A self-starter with the ability to work well with others and build relationships
• Knowledge of geographical area
• High School Diploma/GED
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Internet & Network Based Applications
