A bit about the job
We’re looking for that special someone to look after our growing team in the New York office.
- Making sure office runs smoothly. We need someone who can strike deals with suppliers, keep the stationery draw full, the printer working and the fridges fully stocked
- Championing our company culture. We need someone to create and keep traditions, keep our culture lively, scout out fun things for the social calendar, think about our wellbeing in long term and remember our birthdays
- We have 9 offices globally so we travel a lot. Your role is to support our travellers with their journeys
- Supporting new starters and advising the team on HR related questions
A bit about you
- Prior experience in office management role is required
- Creative and a quick learner, you’re adaptable and love a challenge
- You will have a passion for detail and organisation
- A self-starter attitude. You see a problem and fix it before anyone’s even noticed
- An ability to prioritise and take responsibility in hectic situations
- A gift for organisation – bringing order to chaos is what you know and love
- Honest, able to own up to your mistakes, and never break promises
- Some previous Human Resource experience is a nice to have
