ABOUT THE ROLE
The Paid Social Media Strategist is responsible for translating client’s KPIs and Objectives into bidding strategies and account structures within relevant social media platforms. The position will grow within the Real Time Bidding team and work directly with Media Strategists in the development of paid social executions. The Social Media Strategist will help support the strategic solution for client services, however, will be held responsible for the performance of the paid social executions.

Centro’s Paid Social Team is a specialized group of Paid Social marketing experts, executing campaigns across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Pinterest to meet client’s goals & objectives. We provide full service execution of paid social campaigns including, competitor research, audience & targeting recommendations, account management, optimization and reporting.

We provide full service execution of paid social campaigns including, competitor research, audience & targeting recommendations, account management, optimization and reporting.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build strategic campaign plans and volume estimates for social RFP requests
- Launch and analyze paid social campaigns including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, & Pinterest
- Ensure all accounts pace according to budget and goals
- Provide analysis and insight on campaign performance to highlight the value that Centro brings and to secure future opportunities
- Interface with Media Strategy team, acting as a subject matter expert on the paid social media marketing space.
- Participate in client calls for upcoming plans and regular check-ins in regards to social campaigns
- Develop strategic recommendations to help drive the performance of the paid social media campaigns
- Review client deliverables for quality, ensuring that recommendations and work product are sound and viable
- Provide training on social platform tools to clients and account management teams
- Assist in the development and documentation of best practices related to social media management for both internal and external documents and assets
- Collaborate closely with the Product Team to share client feedback, product requirements, and strategic opportunities to help make the Centro Social Platform best in class
- Assist in training, mentoring, and developing team members
- 2-3 years’ experience in Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube paid advertising
- Proficient in Excel
- Precise attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines
- Strong analytical skills
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of social media management platforms
- Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited college or university preferred
- Adaptable/Flexible
