About Product Management at iCapital:  

Our Product department includes multiple teams dedicated to creating an industry-leading platform that manages the full life cycle of alternative investments. The Product Management team works with multiple business stakeholders to identify and define priorities. The team works closely with the Platform Engineering and Product Design teams to scope and deliver enterprise-grade software and infrastructure solutions, that are built with quality, and information and data integrity. 

 

In your internship, as part of the Product Management team, areas of responsibility may include: 

  • Learning, understanding, and building solutions for the alternative investment industry. 
  • Representing the needs of our clients and users and collaborating cross-functionally to understand priorities. 
  • Collaborating with engineering teams to build, develop, and launch new features and products. 
  • Facilitating customer discovery to uncover client pain points and formulate a solution and implementation plan.  

 

The ideal candidate: 

  • Possess a solid understanding of Agile development, object-oriented design, and programming languages 
  • Highly inquisitive, collaborative, and a creative problem solver 
  • Possess foundational knowledge of and/or genuine interest in the financial markets 
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment 
  • Able to adapt to new responsibilities and manage competing priorities 
  • Technologically proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) 
  • A rising junior or senior in a U.S. college/university bachelor’s degree program 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Authorized to work in the United States* 

 

*We are unable to offer any type of employment-based immigration sponsorship for this program  

 

Pay Rate: $40/hour + relocation stipend and transportation stipend 

 

Positions are limited so apply early! 

October/November: Rolling resume review and first round interview selection 

November/December: First and second round interviews
