We are looking for someone who is excited about sourcing and recruiting incredible talent to fill positions across the board, from engineering to support to design and beyond. In addition, you must be a confident written and verbal communicator who loves to connect with new people. You are the type of person who naturally draws out the best in everyone you meet, quickly recognizing potential in others and making matches to meet the needs of our teams.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:- Working with hiring managers and the HR team to craft and communicate job descriptions that will attract diverse, experienced, and capable talent for all of our teams
- Sourcing technical and non-technical candidates for full-time, part-time, and freelance roles
- Assessing skills, experience, and culture fit through screenings and interviews
- Building relationships and recruiting strong talent over the long term
- Strategizing about creative growth techniques to ensure the health and well-being of our whole team
- Educating potential candidates about Kickstarter at recruitment events and by conducting targeted outreach
- Assisting with scheduling and managing the interview process to ensure every candidate has a great experience
