We are on a mission to hire the best and brightest and are looking to add a Recruiting Coordinator to our awesome Talent Acquisition team in New York. You will work closely with our hiring managers and recruiters to ensure a positive interview experience for all candidates. In this role you will learn a lot and do everything from planning events, managing our applicant tracking system (ATS), special projects and scheduling/coordination.

The Role & Deliverables:

  • The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for supporting the recruiting team, keeping the recruiting process organized, and actively maintaining clear lines of communication with candidates, recruiters and interviewers.
    • Scheduling interviews, coordinating between candidates and interviewers and updating the ATS as candidates move through the process
    • Posting positions to the careers page and various career sites
    • Fielding recruiting inquiries from employees and candidates
    • Act as the full cycle recruiter for entry level and administrative positions
  • Within your first month you have gotten up to speed and have taken over managing our interview scheduling and coordination, figured out our tools and systems and have built relationships with the talent team and key members of the organization.
  • By the end of month three, you have a firm grip on your role and your hiring managers commend you for your processes and your candidates loved their experience.
  • After 6 months you are a key player for recruitment and you are starting to bring new ideas to our recruiting events, our candidate experience and our processes (like employer brand and social media presence).
  • Within your first year, you’ve ensured our recruiting function is top notch having mastered this role and are ready to take on new responsibilities within the Talent team.

Candidate Profile:

This is a learning role - it’s a hard job, but is rewarding and fun. Self-organization, focus, multi-tasking, and software savviness are the basics. Here’s what we think it will take:

  • Ability to manage projects. We have a lot going on at once - ideally, you like balancing a bunch of projects simultaneously.
  • High integrity. Our reputation and candidate experience is critical, and we always do what’s best for the people we represent.
  • A sense of humor. You’ll work with many different teams and cultures - and we’re a fun bunch. We like what we do, and like working together.
  • A bachelor’s degree, 1+ year of successful experience within an administrative / support function in a fast paced or high volume environment.
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems like Greenhouse not required, but a plus!
