The Role:

  • The Revenue Operations Enablement Manager will lead the charge in establishing and maintaining efficient funnel operations in partnership with marketing and sales stakeholders.
  • Development of our marketing automation system, lead management within our CRM, and driving enablement/alignment between our pipeline driving teams. 
  • The right person has demonstrated leadership of a Marketing Operations team/function with agile workflow, managing sales/marketing partnerships across the globe, and has deep knowledge of a B2B revenue funnel (including analysis of funnel deficiency and how to address). 
  • This team member finds joy in the challenge of juggling multiple projects that require identifying people, process, or technology improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize and execute on projects from marketing and sales to facilitate revenue growth - implement projects involving diverse & complex data relationships.
  • Drive continuous improvement to achieve and maintain operational excellence for GTM teams.
  • Enable Sales and Marketing teams day to day activities by facilitating better processes that include automation, user experience and contributing value.
  • Create alignment between Sales and Marketing objectives and processes across the funnel in order to reduce inefficiencies.
  • Work collaboratively across the Marketing team to provide analysis that will support their ongoing efforts and key initiatives.
  • Partner closely with Account Management to establish and maintain a closed-loop feedback process that provides insight into the effectiveness of marketing processes for better lead routing and qualification.
  • Drive best-in-class marketing activity production and tracking that supports our marketing and sales pipeline creation and insight.
  • Partner on lead management improvements to drive improved conversion and velocity in our revenue funnel.
  • Manage all business tools subscriptions and integrations.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing analysis, sales operations or related fields.
  • Passion for educating others, technology/systems, data/reporting and operational excellence
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (Marketo & Salesforce highly preferred).
  • The ability to synthesize data, summarize issues, and think outside the box is essential.
  • Strong process and analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and create improvements.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage various projects across your team resources and adapt to changing business requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to influence others, even without formal authority and lead cross-functional teams.

It would also be nice if you had...

  • Previous experience in the AdTech industry.
  • 3-5 years previous marketing experience.
  • Experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Previous management or supervisory experience.
  • Strong excel skills (formulas and pivot tables); Tableau or similar data visualization experience.
  • Tableau or BI tool experience.
  • Comfortable with an unstructured, fast-moving and constantly evolving high growth environment. Passion for excellence and continuous improvement.
