Pfizer's Hematology portfolio is a leader in Pfizer's Oncology business unit, with products in Multiple Myeloma (Elrexfio), Lymphoma (Adcetris) and Leukemia (Besponsa, Daurismo, Mylotarg and Bosulif). Recently, the team launched Elrexfio, a B-Cell Maturation antigen (BCMA) targeted bi-specific antibody for the treatment of multiple myeloma. This is an exciting time in the brand's lifecycle, less than a year post product approval, and an opportunity to make high impact as we continue to build in this new therapeutic area and bring this treatment to patients.
The US Multiple Myeloma Patient Experience Senior Manager is a crucial role that will lead the development and execution of omnichannel tactics including media assets, print and in-office materials, the CRM program, and digital properties. This colleague will work closely with the internal and external comms team to develop initiatives supporting critical brand milestones including new indication launches, Myeloma Action Month (MAM), and Blood Cancer Awareness Month (BCAM). This role will support Patient Advocacy Group (PAG) initiatives including Patient SteerCo planning and important PAG sponsorships. The Senior Manager will also have the opportunity to stand-up the Patient Ambassador program, a critical initiative that will help to facilitate peer-to-peer connection. This colleague will support the strategic and tactical launch of an earlier line indication (expected late 2025). This role reports to the ELREXFIO Team Lead and will work closely with cross-functional colleagues and external vendors.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with Patient Experience Director to adopt CMO principles to enhance Consumer marketing tactics
  • Develop and execute branded US Consumer promotional materials including CRM program, patient starter kit, in-office materials, and digital assets
  • Partner with Reg Ops to support OPDP subpart E strategy and submissions
  • Oversee the seamless execution of Patient Ambassador program and related tactics
  • Act as brand liaison with Comms team and work in partnership to explore and activate key initiates
  • Continuously measure the impact of marketing initiatives, generating early learning, and driving continuous improvement to key resources
  • Support annual strategic and tactical plan development process, focused on patient activation
  • Work seamlessly across cross functional team members including (but not limited to) HCP marketing team, payer & access, global, medical, legal, and regulatory
  • Identify and track overall performance and KPIs for key tactics to identify areas for improvement and optimization


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Demonstrated success in developing, executing, and measuring complex programs or initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to manage vendors and individuals to impact business performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs, extracting key insights, and translating these into meaningful value propositions and tactics
  • Strong team player with demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate with experts from a wide range of cross-functional areas
  • Ability to execute in the face of ambiguity or change
  • Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills for a wide variety of audiences, including senior management.
  • High-energy, proactive self-starter who has the initiative to function autonomously and the confidence and ingenuity to initiate, create and innovate.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Consumer marketing experience strongly preferred
  • Oncology experience preferred
  • Prior experience launching brands, campaigns, or other initiatives preferred
  • Advanced/MBA degree preferred

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $117,300.00 to $195,500.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
