ClassPass is looking for a Senior Recruiter to own full cycle recruiting for various business teams across the company. The right candidate has seen rapid growth, takes a fearless approach to sourcing and taps multiple channels to fill the candidate pipeline. You also have a deep passion for the companies you recruit for and serve as a true partner to your hiring teams to find the right long-term fits.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand current and future headcount needs
- Gain a deep understanding of roles, responsibilities, and team structures, as well as the company’s mission, business model, and growth plans
- Develop recruiting strategy to hit hiring targets, which includes identifying when additional resources are needed
- Leverage data to evaluate pipeline health and funnel conversion rates
- Constantly seek improvements to the recruiting process as needs change and scale
- Provide a high-touch candidate experience at all times and coordinate a smooth process from start to finish
- Create strong selling points and effective offer close strategies
- Train teams on how to conduct effective and thorough interviews and provide advice/coaching/feedback when needed
- Own and manage relationships with external parties (e.g. recruiting agencies, sourcing tools)
- Advocate for a strong employment brand and seek ways to promote the company's culture
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of recruiting experience with a minimum of 2 years of being in-house (startup/tech company a plus)
- Metrics driven - comfortable reporting on funnel conversion and offer close rates
- Experience with sourcing candidates beyond LinkedIN searches
- Strong pitching and negotiating skills
