Your Future Team
The Outreach team in the Loom organization is a product-led growth team focused on targeting users at the earliest part of their journey and expressing the value of Loom. We seek a enthusist and motivated Software Engineer to join our team. You will report into Senior Engineering Manager of this team.
You will collaborate with products, design and data teams to enhance the user experience across our first touchpoints, from our marketing site to our onboarding flow. You will help create beautiful and seamless experiences that captivate users during their initial interactions with Loom.
What You'll Do

• Build quick, iterative experiments across the stack to develop features for our signup flows to improve conversion rates, user engagement, and retention.
• Lead the features you build and become the domain expert in those areas.
• Collaborate with product, design, data, and marketing to build features supporting the product and content strategy.

Your Background

• 4+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer.
• Experience working with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
• Enthusiasm for high-quality code that is documented and well-tested.
• Familiarity with experimentation platform.

Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $147,500 - $196,600
Zone B: $132,700 - $177,000
Zone C: $122,400 - $163,200
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
