Sr Manager, Field Marketing
As Taboola’s Sr. Manager of Field Marketing, Americas, you will be supporting our business goals in North America and Latin America. You'll lead a team of marketers to define geo-specific marketing strategies and tactics that will create awareness, drive leads, and help customer retention. You will also own planning and execution of global strategic events. You will be tasked with understanding the market and sales challenges faced within specific geographies and sales teams. This role requires strategic marketing leadership, cross-team and organizational collaboration, excellent communications and a passion for driving leads, engagement and adoption programs.
Responsibilities and skills:
- Own marketing budget, strategy, planning and execution for the Americas
- Work closely with sales leaders to ensure alignment and identify marketing mix and tactics to achieve business goals in each geography
- Work together with Corporate Communications, Product Marketing and Creative Strategy to ensure that marketing campaigns are well coordinated
- Execute a high volume of online and face-to-face programs such as webinars, seminars, conferences, breakfast meetings, lunch and learns, hands-on workshops, roundtables, email campaigns and more
- Analyze marketing ROI while constantly exploring and testing new ways to drive better results
- Work with executive management to plan and execute strategic industry and company events, such as Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity and company’s annuals kickoff
- Leadership and management of the Americas Field Marketing team including resource management, hiring, mentorship, performance management
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in a B2B marketing position a must, such experience from the online media space – a plus
- At least 2 years of experience of managing a team
- Track record for partnering with sales management and delivering innovative, high quality marketing programs
- Energetic, positive, won’t stop at anything to deliver on goals
- Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment; an entrepreneurial attitude; thrives in an environment of change and ambiguity
- Excellent people skills, comfort in working with senior leaders and executives
- Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
- Travel 30% within region, and occasionally globally
