WHO ARE YOU

You are a go-getter with impeccable calendar management and relationship building skills. As a talent coordinator, you’ll partner with Recruiting Leads to be the front line of communication for candidates and to manage all logistics for the recruiting process while striking the right balance for all stakeholders (hiring managers, recruiters, interviewers, and candidates). Your focus will be on providing a concierge-like candidate experience from start to finish, with emphasis on driving great hiring decisions.

You have a passion for building and maintaining a world class workforce and thrive in a culture of innovation. Experience supporting a recruiting team in a high-growth, high-tech, and fast paced firm is a plus. You understand what it means to provide a top of the line experience for each candidate, and are able to utilize your problem solving skills to work through roadblocks quickly and efficiently. You’re seeking to drive tangible impact in your next career opportunity.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of end-to-end talent coordination experience
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and writing communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
  • Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in ATS/candidate tracking systems is a plus!
