WHO ARE YOU

You are an enthusiastic, highly organized, and detail obsessed professional seeking to grow within the talent acquisition space. You’ll support various hiring managers and recruiters to ensure we are hiring the best talent through timely coordination of phone, in-person, and video conference interviews. Most importantly, you’ll work closely with our candidates to deliver a positive and smooth interview experience every time. As the Talent Coordinator, it’s essential that you are comfortable managing competing priorities and working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications: 

• Experience in a high growth HR/talent acquisition environment 
• Experience scheduling and/or working with external clients 
• High level of EQ
• Self-starter looking to build and improve processes
• Customer service mentality 
• Previous experience working in an ATS is a plus
