As part of the Provider Success Team, you will contribute to the success and satisfaction of your provider customers by establishing yourself as a trusted business partner. In collaboration with the Sales and Provider Support teams, you will ensure Medly’s value prop is realized by providers and their patients. Provider Success is the main point of contact for existing Medly customers, and aims to help keep Medly top of mind through meaningful touch points. The goal of the team you’ll lead - Provider Success Managers - is to drive greater provider satisfaction and higher usage of Medly.

 

What you’ll do at Medly

  • Mentor, coach, and supervise a team of Provider Success Managers in the performance of their client management and related tasks/responsibilities
  • Participate in internal department initiatives to build and/or refine tools and processes that support corporate and departmental goals  
  • Design and implement process improvement activities that will increase client and Medlyte satisfaction and performance  
  • Network with and influence other Medly department leaders to ensure timely and effective completion of all Provider Success related activities  
  • Help to ensure high satisfaction and high performance from our clients
  • Collaborate with Sales Team to ensure a smooth hand-off of sold accounts to Provider Success and set providers up for a top tier post-sales experience 
  • Develop strong relationships with key decision makers (e.g. front office staff, nurses, physicians, etc.) and serve as the primary point of contact for stable, existing accounts via in-person and remote engagements
  • Track patient and provider use of Medly, surface clinical insights, and identify opportunities to showcase Medly’s value via sharing of data, success stories, etc. with providers to drive increased usage
  • Work with Provider Support Team to minimize friction points and resolve issues that arise with prescription requests and processing 
  • Collect and synthesize feedback on Medly’s operational performance and work with Operations and Product Teams to drive improvement
  • Grow the business within each provider and clinic account
  • Identify accounts in decline and implement and execute on a remediation plan
  • Collaborate with Sales Team to ensure all are informed of account status 

 

Who you are and skills you have

  • 3+ years management, consulting, and/or leadership experience
  • Experience with Medly products and services 
  • Solid understanding of the client life cycle, including sales and provider success management  
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a face paced environment, manage several projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and communicate potential conflicts to Director  
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of an extended, cross-functional team  
  • Ability to be an effective team member and display initiative and flexibility in team goal orientation in a fast pace, ever changing environment 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships and engage anyone in any setting
  • Excellent communication skills with a particular talent for effective and eloquent conversations on medical topics
  • Extensive knowledge of clinical space (medical clinics, healthcare providers) and a rich knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry 
  • Self-starter who can maximize their impact by mapping out and executing a high number of daily touchpoints 
  • Passion for working collaboratively on a team and also independent ownership of projects, initiatives and deliverables
  • True ambassador to help champion our vision to revolutionize pharmacy and elevate the healthcare experience
  • Comfortable with tools such as Salesforce, Google-suite, pharmacy software, Slack
  • Ability to travel 60% of the time
