Some of the most sophisticated investors in Fintech will gather to discuss: Growth areas in fintech, recent investments by our panel, how established asset managers and other financial services institutions are responding to the challenges around them.

2X in Tech - Female Founders Conference - Oct. 27 at 12 p.m.

250 women selected from a host of applicants are curated into a group of peers, with whom they'll spend the afternoon.  Each group will be led by a female vc or executive from some of the world's top firms. And at the end of the day, each group will be treated to dinner by their facilitator.

Jobs in Journalism, Broadcast & New Media - A Career Roundtable for Job Seekers - Oct. 28 at 6:15 p.m.

Hosted by NY Career Meetup group, this event will help you get your foot in the door in the turbulent modern media industry. A panel of experts will be grilled by career coach Vicki Aubin,  on who to approach, how to freelance and what to expect from a career in media.

Decoded Fashion: New York Summit 2015 - Oct. 28 - 29

Decoded Fashion covers the intersection of fashion and technology, melding one of the city’s traditional industries with Silicon Alley. The inaugural New York Summit held in 2012 was the first fashion tech conference. This year’s two-day New York event includes a slew of panel discussions and roundtable events featuring some of the biggest names in Fashion tech. Some of the biggest speakers for 2015 include Sean Rad, founder and CEO of Tinder, Mike Grishaver, SVP of product for Etsy, and Matthew Woolsey who manages digital for Barney’s New York. This year the summit will also feature the Fashion Future Awards, honoring pioneers in the industry.
