New York adtech firm MediaMath acquired german advertising company Spree7. The acquisition of the Berlin-based real time advertising technology company is an attempt for MediaMath to expand into German speaking countries. [MediaPost]

 

Phhhoto snapped up $1.5 M

Social picture sharing app Phhhoto raised $1.5 million in seed funding this week. Eniac Ventures led the round with participation from other investors that included WME and Maveron.
