This week, HR platform Justworks announced it will be partnering with inDinero, an accounting and tax platform, as well as LawTrades, an online marketplace for legal services. The partnerships will offer a comprehensive human resources, legal and accounting solution for small businesses, as well as extend Justworks’ ability to become a one-stop-shop for startups looking to start and scale their companies. Gett launches new carpooling service
Gett is helping New Yorkers get to work for free for the next 20 days. This week, the on-demand ride sharing app launched a carpooling service called ‘Gett Together,’ which offers $3 rides for commuters in Manhattan. Now through December 5, Gett is offering this service for free. [TimeOut]
Kit raises $2.5M round from Expa, Ellen Pao, among others
Kit, a product discovery platform raised a $2.5 million seed round this week. Social Capital, Precursor Venture, April Underwood, Ellen Pao, Authentic Ventures, Black Angel Tech Fund and Expa all participated in the round, which will be used for hiring and iterating on its product. [Built In NYC]
