Nasdaq Startup CTO Summit, November 1st at 8 a.m.

This summit is intended for people who manage developers. In addition to having an event where you can connect with peers, the event will feature a presentation on building and managing engineering teams. 

Tech Career Fair at Harlem Tech Week, November 1st 5:30 p.m.

Harlem Tech Week and New York Software Engineers are partnering up to host a Software, Design and Data Science Career Fair. Representatives from some of the area’s biggest software companies will be available to answer questions and meet with prospective employees. 

Lightning Talks at Eyeview, November 1st at 6:30 p.m.

Lightning Talks are a series of short, 10-minute presentations covering technical topics. If you’d like to give a talk, or just show up and learn something new, this event offers an accessible format. 

The Impact of Tech on Pets and Owners, November 1st at 6 p.m.

This event will feature experts from some of the city’s coolest pet-tech startups talking about the impact of technology on pets and their owners. Speakers will include representatives from PetCoach, The Dodo, and Vetcove. 

November Fintech Fireside Chat w/ Betterment’s Eli Broverman, November 2nd at 6:30 p.m. 

This November’s Fintech Meetup is featuring a fireside chat with Betterment’s Cofounder and President, Eli Broverman. Betterment is an interesting company and Broverman is an interesting dude — so we're betting this is worth your time.
