Rokt, a New York-based provider of AI-powered e-commerce solutions, announced several appointments to its leadership team. Dhruv Patel is the new chief product officer, Claire Southey has been named chief AI officer and Pete Davies rejoins the company as senior vice president of advertiser partnerships.

The announcement follows a period of growth for Rokt, including milestones like the company’s recent acquisition of AfterSell, a company that outfits Shopify merchants with cart, checkout and post-purchase upsell opportunities. Patel, AfterSell’s co-founder and CEO, will leverage his AI-driven e-commerce expertise to spearhead Rokt’s product strategy and roadmap.

Davies last worked at Rokt in 2015, overseeing revenue growth. In his newly established role, Davies will focus on building advertiser partnerships to power demand expansion, helping Rokt fuel growth in key verticals while expanding into new areas like telecommunications, automotive and insurance.
