History buffs, take note. VR startup Timelooper made its U.S. debut at TechCrunch Disrupt this week, launching with the mission to "change the way that you experience the past."
The former New York Yankee founded The Player’s Tribune in 2014 with a mission to create the first sports content destination created, curated and controlled by professional athletes.
Founded by industry veterans Alexa von Tobel and Penny Pritzker, the VC firm backs startups in a variety of industries. Its Fund II totals $281 million.
