Owns 12twenty’s editorial engine and content strategy, creating thought leadership, reports, SEO and AEO articles, webinars, guides, website copy, email campaigns, and sales enablement materials. Manages editorial workflows, supports product launches and demand generation, repurposes content across channels, and measures engagement, search visibility, AI discoverability, and pipeline impact. The role transforms platform data, customer insights, and market trends into compelling content for employers, universities, and early-career professionals.

Manage employer accounts as the primary post-sale contact, drive retention, reduce churn, identify expansion opportunities, and support account growth. Lead account reviews, trainings, webinars, demos, and strategic engagements. Educate customers on recruiting best practices, coordinate cross-functional teams, and implement process improvements within the employer success function.

Prospect and generate leads via outbound calls and email campaigns, qualify prospects, book demos for Account Executives, build relationships, and communicate prospect challenges and opportunities to leadership.

Own and drive end-to-end SaaS implementations for mid-market to enterprise clients. Manage 30–40 concurrent multi-month projects, deliver training and executive updates, remove blockers, align cross-functional teams, and hand off to Customer Success while promoting long-term adoption.

Manage client retention and minimize churn by ensuring customers realize product value. Drive expansion within accounts, run strategic reviews and demos, build long-term relationships, improve account management processes, and manage a large portfolio. Remote U.S. role with up to 20% travel.
