Leads enterprise identity and authentication implementations, including SSO, federation, passwordless authentication, identity proofing, and integrations with enterprise infrastructure. Designs architectures, migration plans, and deployment runbooks; develops automation using Python, PowerShell, and JavaScript; troubleshoots authentication and federation issues; and serves as a technical advisor for customer IAM initiatives. Collaborates with product, engineering, support, and customer success teams while managing complex production deployments.

Owns the technical side of public-sector sales opportunities by delivering presentations and demonstrations, responding to RFPs, architecting solutions, developing integrations, leading proof-of-concepts, supporting implementations, and advising customers on identity, authentication, and access-management solutions. The role also mentors solution engineers, collaborates with product and leadership teams, and supports federal and SLED accounts.

Owns the technical side of enterprise sales opportunities by delivering demonstrations, presentations, RFP responses, proof-of-concept environments, integrations, and solution architectures. Partners with sales, customers, security teams, and executives throughout complex sales cycles. Provides implementation leadership, influences product direction, supports marketing events, and mentors other solutions engineers. Requires expertise in identity assurance, identity verification, access management, cloud technologies, enterprise integrations, and consultative selling.
