Manage corporate PR accounts including media relations, pitching, and creation of press materials. Develop strategic communications plans, maintain media relationships, advise clients, lead junior staff, and support new business and reporting.

Lead and scale the agency's influencer and creator practice, set strategic vision and measurement standards, drive new business and revenue, advise C-suite clients, oversee large integrated creator programs and talent negotiations, manage multi-million-dollar portfolios, build and mentor high-performing teams, and ensure operational, contractual, and FTC/compliance risk management across accounts.

Lead influencer and creator strategies across client programs from planning through execution and measurement. Serve as day-to-day program lead, manage client relationships, mentor junior staff, integrate influencer work with PR, social, paid and creative teams, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while applying agency frameworks and performance-driven optimizations.

Lead accounting operations including monthly/quarterly/year-end close, general ledger, reconciliations, revenue, fixed assets, AR/AP, and cash-flow projections. Strengthen internal controls, implement accounting standards and ERP improvements (NetSuite preferred), support forecasting and contract review, and manage a four-person accounting team while serving as authorized banking representative.
