Own People Operations across the US and Canada, including employee lifecycle management, payroll preparation and review, benefits, compliance, onboarding, offboarding, HR systems, documentation, and employee support. Partner with Finance, payroll providers, external advisors, managers, and executives to ensure accurate, compliant, and scalable processes.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle across North America, from pipeline generation and discovery through complex evaluations and signed contracts. Sell FP&A, EPM, planning, or finance software to CFOs and finance leaders, manage multi-stakeholder buying committees, displace incumbent systems, forecast accurately, and close six-figure ARR deals. Partner with solutions engineering, product, leadership, ERP vendors, and implementation partners to win strategic accounts.

Own and build Abacum’s lifecycle marketing function from lead acquisition through sales conversion. Design nurture tracks, segmentation, lead scoring, routing, and account-based engagement programs. Manage HubSpot automation, data hygiene, deliverability, reporting, and funnel optimization. Partner closely with sales to define lead readiness and measure stage-to-stage conversion and pipeline contribution. This is a hands-on role requiring strong marketing operations, analytics, and execution experience in a B2B company.
