Manage the full sales cycle from cold outreach through closing, build relationships across A/E/C, retail, advertising, and manufacturing sectors, present print applications, maintain CRM and pipeline records, report sales activity, and collaborate with production and project teams to deliver successful client projects.

Serves as the primary client contact while coordinating print production workflows, prepress preparation, proofreading, file optimization, press checks, revisions, approvals, scheduling, and deadlines. Manages print shop operations, inventory, supplies, equipment, finishing, bindery tasks, client meetings, and onsite support. Requires strong customer service, production knowledge, Adobe Creative Suite proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple projects accurately.
