Lead visual design for broadcast studio programming by defining and maintaining visual identity, building reusable design systems and templates, translating complex data into on-screen graphics and motion, producing motion graphics and animated assets, providing creative direction and quality control, and collaborating with production teams to ensure consistent, high-quality visual storytelling across shows.

Coordinate staffing, scheduling, equipment, studios, and resources across multiple productions. Manage freelance crew scheduling, production calendars, timesheet and invoice review, equipment reservations, quotes, and expense records. Maintain resource forecasts, utilization reports, capacity plans, and scheduling dashboards while communicating updates and recommending workflow improvements.

Manage daily operations of the Production Services team, including crew booking, scheduling, client communications, budgets, timecards/POs, travel logistics, mentorship, and process improvements to support large-scale projects.

Coordinate sourcing, onboarding, deployment, and administration of production crew for live and recorded projects. Create labor estimates, negotiate rates, process timecards/POs/invoices, manage travel and payroll paperwork, and maintain talent records in Salesforce and HRIS while ensuring compliance with union/non-union practices.

Lead AV, broadcast, and technology integration projects from scope through closeout. Coordinate schedules, resources, vendors, and installation teams; track budgets, schedules, and risks; serve as primary client contact; ensure safety, quality, and compliance; support proposals, procurement, and documentation.

Lead creative vision and art direction for video, motion graphics, digital campaigns, events, and executive communications. Develop concepts, storyboards, motion standards, and scalable templates. Manage multidisciplinary teams, mentor designers and external partners, present to stakeholders, and ensure brand consistency and high design quality across multimedia deliverables.
