Administer and configure the IndySoft calibration management platform across a national lab network. The role requires IndySoft experience, SQL proficiency, knowledge of APIs and data integrations, strong data-quality skills, and effective communication.

Lead design and rollout of a unified operating system across 32+ branches: analyze branch performance, standardize best practices, define manager rhythms and KPIs, build training/coaching, drive change management, and support acquisition onboarding to deliver measurable operational and EBITDA improvements.

Lead end-to-end HubSpot Service Hub implementation and administration across a multi-branch network: manage users, permissions, workflows, custom-coded actions/webhooks, integrations (Dialpad, NetSuite), vendor oversight, rollout support, and customer data governance to create a unified system of record.
