Conducts in-person outreach to barbershops and salons, introduces Acorns financial wellness products, demonstrates the app, and drives sign-ups. Builds local shop relationships, logs outreach activity, represents Acorns at events, hosts community meetups, captures customer insights and content, and supports expansion into the broader gig and cash-tip economy.

The Sr. Growth Marketing Associate will manage paid media channel experiments, analyze performance data, and collaborate on creative strategies to drive user growth.

Own the reliability of mobile marketing instrumentation and integrations across iOS and Android. Implement and debug attribution, analytics, engagement, and advertising SDKs; maintain event, identity, consent, deep-linking, and conversion flows; validate downstream delivery; automate testing and monitoring; and troubleshoot discrepancies across apps, data platforms, attribution providers, and ad platforms. Collaborate with Mobile Engineering, Data Engineering, Marketing, and vendors to deliver integrations end to end.
