Own and scale Adapty’s Proxmox, Ceph, bare-metal, and cloud infrastructure across OVH, Hetzner, AWS, and GCP. Responsibilities include infrastructure automation with Terraform, Ansible, ArgoCD, and GitLab CI; resource rightsizing and FinOps; Kubernetes operations; cluster separation; reliability, incident response, and root-cause analysis; and supporting PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, and Aerospike data platforms.

Owns product quality for a complex client-server web application and mobile SDK ecosystem. Responsibilities include writing test cases and acceptance criteria, clarifying requirements, executing end-to-end, regression, integration, and exploratory testing, assessing release risks, maintaining reusable test coverage, and improving testing infrastructure across backend, frontend, SDK, and native mobile platforms.

Own a portfolio of 30–40 mobile app clients, guiding onboarding, integration, funnel and paywall optimization, product adoption, retention, expansion, and cross-sell opportunities. Analyze subscription monetization and user acquisition performance, recommend A/B tests, resolve technical questions, gather customer feedback, and act as a strategic growth partner while driving commercial outcomes.
