Partner with founders and engineering leaders to align sourcing strategies with hiring goals, use innovative outreach methods including networking and events, and help deliver a high-quality candidate experience in a fast-growing startup environment.

Own AeroVect’s content marketing from story development through publication. Write LinkedIn posts, founder communications, technical explainers, customer stories, and website content. Interview internal stakeholders, coordinate announcements with founders and external PR partners, manage editorial calendars and creative assets, secure approvals, and use engagement, website traffic, recruiting, and commercial feedback to improve results.

The Founding Associate will support AeroVect's sales and marketing efforts by creating customer-facing materials, managing contracts, updating the CRM, and facilitating customer communications throughout the sales cycle.

Lead design, analysis, and verification/validation of autonomous vehicle subsystems. Develop data pipelines for V&V, author and maintain requirements and architecture artifacts, define safety behaviors, track KPIs, surface risks, collaborate cross-functionally, mentor junior engineers, and support deployments. Up to 25% travel.

Design, build, and maintain cloud-based data pipelines and infrastructure on AWS, integrating on-prem and cloud flows. Implement IaC, CI/CD, containerization, observability, and automation to ensure high-throughput, reliable data ingestion and processing for autonomous systems.
