Full-cycle Account Executive responsible for managing inbound/outbound opportunities, running discovery and demos, building proposals, negotiating contracts, owning quota, and ensuring smooth handoffs to operations and customer success.

Own and grow referral, reseller, and strategic partner relationships to drive pipeline and revenue. Recruit and onboard partners, enable them with training and joint business plans, coordinate co-selling and lead sharing, track partner performance, and represent the company at partner events. Build repeatable onboarding and reporting processes while working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and leadership.

Support cross-functional projects across customer success, operations, finance, and internal teams. Maintain project plans, track deliverables, assist onboarding and billing, use PM software and AI tools to automate reporting, identify workflow improvements, prepare executive updates, and coordinate stakeholder follow-ups.

As a Compliance Account Coordinator, you'll support client compliance projects, manage documentation, draft policies, and help clients achieve certifications such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001.

Prospect and qualify inbound/outbound leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn; schedule discovery meetings; research decision-makers; execute targeted campaigns; maintain CRM; collaborate with marketing and AEs; learn cybersecurity/compliance concepts; hit activity and meeting goals; close small deals and handle inside sales and renewals.

As a Junior Cybersecurity Analyst, you will provide support in cybersecurity, compliance, and IT operations while gaining industry certifications and experience in high-growth environments.
