The Senior Solutions Architect designs and develops IT and network engineering solutions for government entities, supports business capture, and crafts proposal responses.

Leads creative design projects producing technical graphics, diagrams, illustrations, layouts, branding, digital experiences, communications, reports, briefings, and training materials. Translates complex engineering information into clear visual products aligned with government and corporate standards. Collaborates with marketing, web development, and leadership teams, mentors junior designers, maintains quality standards, and stays current with design trends and tools.

Designs and implements software quality assurance programs, tests complex software and user interfaces, identifies documentation and performance discrepancies, and recommends quality improvements. Establishes testing and quality-control processes aligned with industry and customer standards, conducts independent reviews, manages corrective actions, and leads user testing. Ensures government deliverables are accurate, complete, compliant, consistent, and ready for acceptance.

Designs, configures, and maintains SharePoint sites, workflows, libraries, permissions, and collaboration tools. Develops tailored solutions to improve document management, information access, version control, routing, and team collaboration. Tests complex software and user interfaces, identifies documentation or performance discrepancies, resolves software issues, and ensures quality assurance practices meet industry and customer standards.

Manages Technical Direction Letters across engineering and delivery teams, coordinating planning, dependencies, issue resolution, performance tracking, and incremental modernization delivery. Establishes processes, methodologies, documentation standards, and workflow optimization strategies. Analyzes and documents program requirements, mission objectives, resource availability, and stakeholder needs while providing guidance to junior staff.

Lead and maintain a CPSR-compliant purchasing system, ensuring FAR/DFARS compliance across procurement activities. Prepare for and support CPSRs and audits, implement policies and internal controls, review and approve procurement files in SpendLogic, provide sourcing and compliance guidance, deliver stakeholder training, and drive corrective actions and process improvements.
