Leads engineering strategy, architecture, delivery, and organizational development for Agiloft’s Contract Intelligence portfolio. Oversees Astra Agents, Contract Intelligence Graph, shared cloud-native platforms, APIs, IAM, AI assistants, and integrations. Partners with Product, Design, Applied AI, and Operations to deliver secure, scalable, reliable customer-facing systems. Manages distributed engineering teams, develops leaders, establishes operational metrics, guides responsible AI practices, and remains hands-on in architecture, code reviews, and technical decisions.

Own the strategy, roadmap, and direction for Agiloft’s integrations platform, including the Integration Hub, APIs, MCP implementations, and orchestration layer. Lead cross-functional execution across engineering, design, sales, customer success, legal technology partners, and customers. Define integration standards, platform scalability, developer experience, AI orchestration capabilities, and measurable adoption and reliability outcomes.

Own the roadmap and execution of agent-driven solutions for Agiloft’s contract lifecycle management platform. Identify high-value workflows, define success metrics, improve APIs for agent enablement, and deliver data-driven AI insights. Collaborate with engineering, UX, legal knowledge engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to create user-centered enterprise products, drive adoption and ROI, and position Agiloft as a leader in agentic CLM solutions.

Design, build, test, deploy, and operate reusable enterprise integrations using Workato and modern APIs. Partner with engineering teams, define data flows and security models, create custom connectors and integration templates, and ensure production observability, testing, documentation, and support. Translate partner needs into product requirements, support sales proofs of concept, evaluate agent integration patterns, and use AI coding tools while validating security, correctness, and maintainability.

Lead procurement product strategy for Agiloft’s contract lifecycle management platform. Define customer-focused use cases, own the roadmap, partner with engineering and design, establish measurable outcomes, and develop AI-driven procurement workflows. Build customer evidence, value propositions, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market plans while influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority. Serve as a procurement subject matter expert for customers, sales, marketing, partnerships, and internal stakeholders.

Manage strategic enterprise accounts by driving executive alignment, customer adoption, renewals, expansion revenue, and long-term value. Develop multi-year account strategies, lead complex SaaS and consumption-based sales cycles, manage MEDDPICC qualification, and build relationships with C-level stakeholders. Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Professional Services, and Solution Consulting teams while forecasting pipeline, mitigating risks, governing AI token consumption, and influencing product and go-to-market strategy.

Own integrated demand generation and account-based marketing programs to create qualified B2B pipeline. Develop audience segmentation, campaign strategy, channel mix, personalization, and sales activation across 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many motions. Partner with Sales, SDRs, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, and partners to execute campaigns, measure pipeline impact, and optimize performance using data, intent signals, AI, and marketing technology.

Own day-to-day execution of the company’s partner-managed FedRAMP program. Translate FedRAMP and NIST requirements into actions, coordinate evidence collection and remediation, assess submission quality, track findings, manage shared-responsibility dependencies, and drive commitments across technical and business teams. Maintain program readiness, scope clarity, reporting, risk escalation, and continuous-monitoring activities while serving as the operational interface with external FedRAMP partners and assessors.

Own the architecture and development of critical backend and cloud platform domains. Design scalable, secure, multi-tenant distributed systems on AWS, including event-driven services, APIs, data models, and AI/ML infrastructure. Lead major initiatives from design through release, align cross-functional stakeholders, establish engineering standards, mentor engineers, and drive reliability, observability, security, and cost-efficiency improvements.
