Responsibilities include defining project scope and deliverables, coordinating resources, monitoring schedules and progress, identifying efficiency opportunities, reporting cost or quality deviations, maintaining stakeholder relationships, and overseeing project governance, gate reviews, post-audits, and quality control.

Provides accounts payable finance operations for AIA companies across Asia Pacific. Processes invoices through Ariba and SAP using three-way matching, handles staff claims and payments, resolves vendor and requester queries, prepares AP reports, investigates invoice exceptions and GRIR items, completes month-end reconciliations, follows accounting policies and internal controls, and supports KPI reporting under agreed service levels.

Support insurance and reinsurance accounting by recording transactions in SAP, performing reconciliations, supporting month‑end close, preparing IFRS 17/4 reporting and variance analysis, maintaining controls and documentation, assisting audits, and contributing to process improvements and UAT.
