Develop accessible, supportable Power Platform applications and automations for a federal customer. Build Canvas and model-driven Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Dataverse or SharePoint components. Implement validation, role-based access, error handling, auditability, notifications, integrations, and ALM practices. Participate in testing, peer reviews, release promotion, production readiness, documentation, and user support while collaborating with clients and technical teams.

Build, secure, and operate an Azure Government AI platform supporting Azure AI Foundry and approved generative AI models. Configure AI projects, deployments, networking, identities, monitoring, cost controls, and integrations. Automate repeatable infrastructure and release processes, troubleshoot across cloud layers, and create operational documentation. The role requires strong Azure engineering, AI platform, security, networking, monitoring, and scripting experience, with responsibility for reliable developer experiences and governed AI usage.

Leads stakeholder discovery, requirements gathering, process mapping, backlog management, delivery planning, risk tracking, sprint ceremonies, UAT, acceptance readiness, change management, training, and service transition for complex Microsoft cloud modernization projects supporting a federal customer. Bridges business stakeholders and technical delivery teams while coordinating cross-functional dependencies, executive reporting, and customer communications.

Designs, implements, and optimizes secure Azure Virtual Desktop environments, including host pools, session hosts, images, scaling, application delivery, profiles, FSLogix, Entra ID, Intune, networking, and monitoring. The role also supports Citrix migrations, performance and capacity validation, troubleshooting, deployment standards, operational runbooks, and knowledge transfer in a secure federal enterprise environment.
