The IP Docketing Manager will oversee the firm's IP docketing function, manage workflows for patents and trademarks, and lead a team, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Plan, coordinate, and execute internal and external firm events (client networking, CLEs, retreats). Manage vendors, budgets, venues, logistics, AV, staffing, and timelines. Collaborate with attorneys and business development, ensure policy compliance, measure ROI, gather attendee feedback, and support/mentor events team.

The Legal Administrative Assistant supports attorneys in managing trademark matters through administrative tasks, billing support, document management, and client communication.
